No. The tickets can only be used by the person(s) whose details are indicated on the voucher. If you're booking for friends and family, make sure to key in their details.
The tickets will hit your inbox after the Payment completion within 2 hrs of booking.
We accept payments via all major international debit cards, credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Please note that Ticket being an online marketplace does not accept cash payments.
Depending on your bank, it typically takes anywhere between 7-8 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

- Children under 16 years must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 years and above.

- The Digi Photo Pass enables you to download images taken by the photography team as you explore the attraction.
- Last admission is one hour before closing time. Check the official website for the daily opening hours prior to your visit.
- The attraction is wheelchair-accessible.
- For every 100 rupees spent on SEA LIFE Aquarium tickets, 9 Flying Returns points will be credited to your Flying Returns account.
- Processing of earned Flying Returns points will begin after your attendance at SEA LIFE Aquarium, not the day tickets are purchased if they are purchased in advance; and confirmed Flying Returns points will be reflected in your Flying Returns account within 30 working days.
- Offer valid for Air India Flying Returns members only. Members must provide their Flying Returns ID at the time of booking to earn Flying Returns Points
- The offer shall be valid only on the purchase of SEA LIFE Aquarium general admission tickets and not on any purchase made at the attraction.
- Maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased per transaction against each Flying Returns membership ID; maximum 2 tickets for adults and 2 for children.
- Only one transaction per day is eligible to earn Flying Returns points.
- This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, including discounts, group bookings, or annual passes.
- Entry rights and access to facilities inside any of the participating SEA LIFE Aquariums shall be as per the prevailing terms and conditions of SEA LIFE Aquarium.
- SEA LIFE Aquarium management reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
